يتم استبدال او استرجاع الطلب للعميل خلال ايام العمل.
وفق الشروط التالية:
أن يكون مختلف عن المنتج الذى تم طلبة.
ان يكون المنتج سليم بحالته الاصلية وغير مستخدم ومغلف
باحكام.
ان يكون خلال فترة اقصاها 72 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
ان يقوم العميل بارسال صور عن المنتج و رفع طلب الى
ايميل المتجر
بعد تأكيد مطابقة المنتج للشروط جميعها، يمكنكم اعادة
المنتج الى المتجر و اختيار استبدال المنتج بآخر بنفس القيمة خلال ٢٤ ساعة من
ابلاغنا بالاستبدال، او استرجاع قيمة المنتج.
على العميل تحمل تكلفة اعاده شحن المنتج الى المتجر.
يستثنى من سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع:
المنتجات المخفضة.
المنتجات المستعمله، و التي لا تحافظ على حالتها
الاصلية عند الشراء.
في حال عدم استلام الطلبية من العميل بعد شحنها، وعودة
الطلبيه للمتجر.
تنويه:
المتجر غير مسؤول عن اي تاخير او ضياع الطلبية من
شركات الشحن. كامل المسؤولية تقع على شركات الشحن، من تتبع الشحنات و التسليم.
According to the following conditions:
It must be different from the product that
was ordered.
The product must be intact in its original
condition, unused and tightly packaged.
It must be within a maximum period of 72
hours from receiving the order.
The customer must send pictures of the
product and submit a request to the store's email.
After confirming that the product meets all
conditions, you can return the product to the store and choose to replace the
product with another of the same value within 24 hours of notifying us of the
replacement, or refund the value of the product.
The customer must bear the cost of shipping
the product back to the store.
The following are excluded
from the replacement and return policy:
Discounted products.
Used products that do not maintain their
original condition upon purchase.
In the event that the order is not received
from the customer after it has been shipped, and the order is returned to the
store.
Note:
The store is not responsible for any delay
or loss of the order by shipping companies. The full responsibility lies with
the shipping companies, from tracking shipments and delivery.
